Sarah plays Amanda, who has taken over her mother's restaurant the Southern Cross which has seen better days. It's close to being closed when a mysterious man works to bring her together with the manager of a department store restaurant. With the need to cook better Amanda finds herself suddendly a wiz at making anything. Not only that whatever emotions she has when she cooks go in to the food!
