With Xavier's school revealed as one for mutants it's student population has growm, but so has anti-mutant sentiment with protestors lining the gates.

When the Beast questions Xavier about his startling discover that he shares the same DNA as Ms Nova, he finds himself under a cruel mental attack. Ms Nova has taken over Professor X's body so as to destroy the dream of her brother. When the Beak interupts the Beast's torture, the Beast tries to fight back but she simply takes control of the Beak and forces him to beat the Beast into submission. Then she heads off to great Lilandra and the Shi'ar Imperial Guard, with sinister plans for the Shi'ar spacecraft.
