Paterson's Ridge Jailbreak |
In a twenty building ghost town, one of the group,
Brooke because she chose the wrong (or right) envelope,
is placed in the town's jail. The other four are given
the task of rescuing her and escorting her safely to the
railway station. But two snipers are also in town armed
with laser guns to 'tag' the contestents. If they rescue Brooke they win $10,000, but there's a twist. If Brooke uses her own gun to take out her team members it will cost the team a chance to win the money, but gain her a free pass to next week's episode. During the jailbreak Hal and Mal are taken out of the game, while Emily sacrifices herself so Brooke can make it to safety. But in the end Brooke shots Michael (in the back even!) and wins herself a free pass. |

Clunes Driving Test |
The most recent driver, Emily, takes a driving test
with a difference. In a totally blacked out car she has
to rely on the radioed advice of three of the others for
all directions. But like a real test any driving errors
will cost her, 4 and she won't win any money. With the guidence of Mal, Michael and Brooke, based on a Racecam mounted on top of her car, Emily manages to drive through the closed to traffic streets of Clunes, pick up Hal and bring him back to Grant within the allocated half hour. Unfortunetly she makes more then the 4 allowed mistakes and the team wins nothing. |

Honesty Test |
Each contestent was interviewed individually, unaware
that they were being watched by hidden cameras. When
Grant and the crew are called away for a few minutes they
have the temptation of looking at documents about the
show. Their contracts have a clause that they can't do
this, so will they? Brooke and Michael prove to have good morals and avoid the temptation. For Hal, Emily and Mal, the opportunity is too good to be true. They could win up to $25,000 if all had been honest enough not to look at Grant's notes, but for every one who did cheat, their acumulated money would be detracted by $5000. With three cheaters, the team managed to win nothing, and worse lose $5,000. |
I still reckon it's Michael. Brooke would be a close second
